ACCIONA Logistics and Transport Services comprises the following companies: ACCIONA Trasmediterranea, leader of the domestic shipping sector (passengers and cargo); ACCIONA Logístics, ACCIONA Rail Services, ACCIONA Forwarding, ACCIONA Interpress and  ACCIONA Airport Services, which offers airport and handling services.

In 2008, this division continued to bet firmly on sustainable mobility, as well as bringing down accident rates and traffic congestion and noise pollution levels.

In fiscal year 2008 ACCIONA Trasmediterranea carried nearly four million passengers, and one million vehicles, and over six million linear metres of cargo. ACCIONA Logistics consolidated its position in the domestic market and enhanced its international position. ACCIONA Rail Services' activity helped to bring down congestion levels by doing away for the need for 80 trucks a day on the roads. ACCIONA Forwarding struck Spain's largest ever air exports deal by transporting the material for Angola's parliamentary elections. ACCIONA Interpress pulverized daily distribution records during the 2008 European Soccer Championship. And ACCIONA Airport Services delivered on-ramp services for a total 118,000 flights.
