ACCIONA provides highly specialized services in a variety of sectors, from solid waste management, to urban cleaning services and multi-service and facility management services. This level of specialisation is delivered through three independent companies: ACCIONA Facility Services, ACCIONA Environment and ACCIONA Urban Services.

In 2008 the services market saw an increased demand for facility management services among industrial, tertiary and infrastructure clients alike. Thanks to this trend, ACCIONA Facility Services was able to strengthen its position in the market, where its stands out with a diversified portfolio of over 2,000 clients.

ACCIONA Environment's activity is focused on the design, construction and maintenance of parkland, gardens and inner-city green spaces, as well as carrying out a variety of actions and works in woodland areas. Thanks to this know-how, it has taken its place among the leaders in Spain's environment sector, in which ACCIONA Environment also stands out for its capacity for delivering end-to-end solutions. In 2008, ACCIONA Urban Services, for its part, obtained ISO 9001 certification for its quality management system and ISO 14001 certification for its environmental management system.
